| Engineering: Engineering consists of: * But is not limited to - Preliminary site visits, with the customer, to determine the project needs.
- Equipment, battery and cable sizing calculations, for present site requirements, with growth over-build, per the customers’ needs.
- Drafting a project specific scope of work (SOW) and method of procedure (MOP) for each task to be performed.
- Periodic site visits for quality control and progress reporting.
- Represent the interests of the customer, on-site, during all planning stages of on-going new construction or existing build-out projects.
- Assist the customer in site selection based on location and building accessibility. (Both physically for equipment installation and logistically for connection to existing transmission lines.)
- Engineer the most fail-safe methods for keeping revenue-generating equipment "on-line". (This would apply in the design, installation and connection to, all electrical systems.).
- Design power rooms to serve present load requirements as well as future growth, at a rate of approximately fifteen percent (15%) growth, per year.
- Consult with different equipment manufacturers about their newest equipment designs and select the equipment that will provide : a) Optimum performance, b) Cost effectiveness, c) Expansion capabilities and d) Warranty/Service Agreement
- Insure the most cost effective and timely installations by working directly with the Architectural/Engineering firms, as a customer representative
- Assist in the selection of contractors to perform the electrical installations.
- Support the customers’ implementation team with timely progress reports for each project.
- Oversee the installations with site visits to assure that all time-lines are met.
- Provide an upgraded growth path to newer technology.

| Remedial Service: Remedial Service consists of: * But is not limited to - Any corrective-action service required for maintaining or repairing existing equipment.
- Remedial service calls have a maximum response interval of 24 hours.
- Constant Current, per availability from the equipment manufacturer will supply any and all parts needed for remedial service.
- (Constant Current will assume no responsibility for any data, revenue, and labor or equipment losses due to the unavailability of parts.)
