Description of

Services

Engineering:

Engineering consists of:

* But is not limited to

  1. Preliminary site visits, with the customer, to determine the project needs.
  2. Equipment, battery and cable sizing calculations, for present site requirements, with growth over-build, per the customers’ needs.
  3. Drafting a project specific scope of work (SOW) and method of procedure (MOP) for each task to be performed.
  4. Periodic site visits for quality control and progress reporting.
  5. Represent the interests of the customer, on-site, during all planning stages of on-going new construction or existing build-out projects.
  6. Assist the customer in site selection based on location and building accessibility. (Both physically for equipment installation and logistically for connection to existing transmission lines.)
  7. Engineer the most fail-safe methods for keeping revenue-generating equipment "on-line". (This would apply in the design, installation and connection to, all electrical systems.).
  8. Design power rooms to serve present load requirements as well as future growth, at a rate of approximately fifteen percent (15%) growth, per year.
  9. Consult with different equipment manufacturers about their newest equipment designs and select the equipment that will provide : a) Optimum performance, b) Cost effectiveness, c) Expansion capabilities and d) Warranty/Service Agreement
  10. Insure the most cost effective and timely installations by working directly with the Architectural/Engineering firms, as a customer representative
  11. Assist in the selection of contractors to perform the electrical installations.
  12. Support the customers’ implementation team with timely progress reports for each project.
  13. Oversee the installations with site visits to assure that all time-lines are met.
  14. Provide an upgraded growth path to newer technology.

Remedial Service:

Remedial Service consists of:

* But is not limited to

  1. Any corrective-action service required for maintaining or repairing existing equipment.
  2. Remedial service calls have a maximum response interval of 24 hours.
  3. Constant Current, per availability from the equipment manufacturer will supply any and all parts needed for remedial service.

  • (Constant Current will assume no responsibility for any data, revenue, and labor or equipment losses due to the unavailability of parts.)
